How the Command Center works
1
Build Black power
Convene the organizations doing the work — collaboration, coordination, partnership.
2
Keep one calendar
A shared master calendar, so no priority community is left uncovered.
3
Tell the story
Messaging, research, and communications that connect to our community.
4
Imagine the next reconstruction
Long-term strategy that reaches beyond any single election.
5
Expand the table
Young voters, faith, labor, and more — across every pillar of the work.
The command center coordinates. It does not replace or displace what your organization is already leading on the ground.

Pillar Workspaces
Six pillar workspaces
Each pillar is facilitated by partner orgs who convene and coordinate — they don't do all the work themselves.
Pillar community
Discuss, decide, and move together.
This space works when partners show up. Introduce your organization, share what you're seeing on the ground, and answer open asks — a five-minute post here saves five phone calls.
